Easy peasy cheese straws

What do we love? Pre-rolled puff pastry! Why do we love it? It’s so bloody easy to cook with!!

Simply make your cheesy mixture – I used parmo, cheddar and dried oregano – then cover half your pastry sheet (so the left hand side), fold over and sprinkle on the rest. Cut into strips and twist each one. Place on greaseproof paper on a baking tray and bake for 12-15 minutes until cooked through and crispy.

I also sprinkled some finely chopped walnuts into my cheese mixture for added texture. Yum!
